Most Hmong people in Buôm Khoang village graze their cows. In the village, a few households have built cattle sheds, though with no foundations and no roof and a temporary trough for feeding. This negatively affects the health of the cows. Most households have not built sheds due to financial difficulties. They cannot afford the foundations and the roofs of the sheds. Next year, when the cows and sugarcane are sold, they will build the foundations of the sheds for the cows.
