My mother-in-law is chopping vegetables before fermenting them with banana stems, wild vegetable leaves and pumpkins to feed her pigs. After chopping the vegetables, salt and yeast are added. Bran pellets are dissolved in water before mixing with the feed. Since I started raising pigs, I have been feeding them like this.
