My wife is feeding the cows with fermented fodder. The corn stems were chopped before adding rice bran and a small amount of salt. After fermenting for five days, the fodder will be ready. I usually ferment the surplus grass to feed the cows in a week. Before the (Li-chăn) training, I only fermented sugarcane tops. But now I know that grass can be fermented as well. Previously, I didn't add bran. I learnt from the training that adding bran helps mitigate against mold.
